Job summary

Cross International is a Belgian-established firm active in executive search, RPO, and HR consulting with offices in Ghent, Brussels, Antwerp, and Warsaw. We seek a Recruitment Consultant in Warsaw to perform international search, market mapping, and candidate sourcing while collaborating with our Belgium team.

The role targets students (3rd–5th year) in HR/management fields, fluent in English and Polish, with initial recruitment experience and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 3rd-5th year student in HR/management field.
• Fluent in English and Polish (spoken and written).
• First experience in recruitment/HR preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Excellent interpersonal and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct international executive search and talent mapping.
• Identify target companies and build strategic talent pipelines.
• Collaborate with team in Belgium and Warsaw.
• Verify and select candidates
• Create job descriptions and sourcing strategies
• Maintain candidate database and prepare process reports

Cross International is a Belgian established player in the world of Executive Search and has expanded its services to RPO and HR Consulting. We are a dynamic team with offices in Ghent, Brussels, Antwerp, and Warsaw, and are active in Europe with the main focus on the BeNeLux region.

As a Recruitment Consultant in our Warsaw office, your typical day in our company might include the following:

• Conducting international executive search and talent identification projects for specialist, managerial, and leadership positions,
• Conducting market mapping and talent mapping projects, identifying target companies and organizational structures, and building strategic talent pipelines for current and future recruitment assignments.
• Working closely with our team in Belgium,
• Verifying and selecting candidates,
• Proactively searching for candidates through direct search,
• Creating job descriptions and job advertisements,
• Developing candidate sourcing strategies,
• Maintaining the database,
• Preparing reports regarding the course and results of the recruitment process.

This job may be for you if:

• You are a 3rd, 4th, or 5th year student, preferably HR/management related fields,
• You are fluent in English and Polish, both spoken and written,
• You have your first experience in recruitment, HR, etc.
• You are proficient in MS Office,
• You have excellent interpersonal skills,
• You are proactive and have good priority & time management skills.
