Job summary

Relyon Recruitment Group is seeking a Recruiter with Ukrainian to join our Warsaw-based team. You will recruit blue-collar employees for multiple clients across manufacturing, food processing and warehousing, managing processes for candidates from international markets.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in a temporary staffing agency, capable of handling multiple recruitment projects in a fast-paced environment, and available to work on-site in Warsaw.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of recruitment experience in temporary staffing.
• Hands-on recruitment of blue-collar employees in manufacturing/warehousing.
• Experience managing recruitment for multiple clients/projects.
• Sourcing from international markets, Ukraine/Moldova/Central Asia preferred.
• Fluent Ukrainian is required.
• On-site availability in Warsaw.

• Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes for blue-collar positions across manufacturing, food processing, warehousing and related sectors.
• Source and attract candidates from international markets.
• Manage recruitment projects for multiple clients simultaneously.
• Conduct candidate screening and interviews and assess candidates against client requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and upcoming recruitment needs.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Cooperate closely with internal teams to ensure efficient and timely delivery of recruitment projects.
• Use various sourcing channels and recruitment methods to effectively reach blue-collar candidates.
