As a Senior Recruiter with German, you will support our client with managing the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, working closely with Hiring Managers to recruit across a broad portfolio of specialist, professional and leadership positions.

The recruitment scope is varied, covering functions such as Procurement and Supply Chain, Finance, Project Management, Business Transformation, Sales, Operations, Engineering and Health & Safety. Roles may range from operational and specialist positions through to senior management, offering exposure to different business areas and international markets. This opportunity would suit someone who enjoys variety, international recruitment and taking a genuinely consultative approach to stakeholder management while remaining hands-on with recruitment delivery.

The role is fully remote within Poland. For colleagues based in Kraków, there is an expectation to work from the AMS office 4 times per month.

Key Accountabilities

What you’ll do:

• Manage the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from vacancy briefing and sourcing through to candidate assessment, offer negotiation and onboarding handover.
• Partner with Hiring Managers across different business functions and European markets to understand recruitment requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
• Deliver recruitment across a diverse portfolio of roles, including Procurement, Finance, Project Management, Operations, Sales, Engineering and corporate functions.
• Proactively source, attract and engage candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, direct sourcing, networking and other recruitment channels.
• Provide market intelligence and consultative advice on talent availability, salary expectations, recruitment challenges and alternative hiring approaches.
• Build strong relationships with Hiring Managers and senior stakeholders, managing expectations and influencing recruitment decisions.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for specialist and business-critical positions.
• Deliver an excellent candidate and Hiring Manager experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously while meeting agreed SLAs, KPIs, compliance requirements and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and provide regular progress updates and insights to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, overcome hiring challenges and increase recruitment effectiveness.
• Collaborate with international recruitment teams and share market knowledge and best practices.

Skills & Requirements

You'll be successful in this role if you have:

• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes within an in-house, agency or RPO environment.
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience recruiting across multiple business functions, ideally including some combination of Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, Engineering, Project Management or corporate functions.
• Strong experience partnering directly with Hiring Managers and senior stakeholders, ideally in an international or client-facing recruitment environment.
• Demonstrated ability to proactively source and attract candidates for specialist and hard-to-fill positions.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills, with the confidence to challenge hiring expectations and recommend alternative solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and changing priorities while maintaining high recruitment delivery standards.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented and consultative approach to recruitment.
• Excellent candidate assessment, interviewing and offer management skills.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment technologies.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
