Job summary

MEININGER Kraków Centrum is seeking a Receptionist (f/m/d) to welcome guests, manage check-ins/check-outs, and provide local recommendations. The role requires a people-first attitude and the ability to work across day, evening, and night shifts in a dynamic hotel environment.

You will interact with guests in German and English, support invoicing and admin tasks, and may help with occasional F&B duties as part of a vibrant international team. Join us for growth in a hybrid hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel or passion for HORECA industries
• Outgoing personality in dynamic environments
• Fluent German and English (A2–B1 min), other languages are a plus

Responsibilities

• Welcome, check-in and check-out processes to maximize guest satisfaction and occupancy
• Answer guests' inquiries and advise on local attractions and services
• Handle invoicing, hour registration, online reputation and quality checks
• Collaborate with the team and assist in F&B tasks during shifts

YOUR TASKS

• You act as a great host and create a memorable stay for our guests
• You are in charge of the welcome and goodbye process from A to Z, managing check-ins and check-outs to create best experience for our guests and optimize hotel occupancy
• You respond to our guests' personal and phone inquiries and provide advice regarding local attractions, activities and additional services
• You take care of operational and administrative tasks: invoicing, hour registration, online reputation management, quality checks etc.
• You work in a team and are ready to take on occasional tasks in the F&B area (breakfast, dinner, bar)
• You enjoy a diverse working environment and are flexible to work weekdays, weekends, day-, evening- and night shifts

YOUR PROFILE

• You have your first working experience in the hotel, or you are passionate about HORECA industries
• You possess an outgoing personality and enjoy working in a bustling dynamic environment, performing a variety of tasks
• You are a people person, you like helping others and creating an unforgettable experience for our guests
• You are a team player, ready to help your colleagues and tackle challenges together
• You speak German and English fluently (solid A2-B1 level min.), any other languages are an advantage
