Radisson RED Kraków is seeking a Receptionist / Host to be the face of the hotel, welcoming guests with energy and hospitality.

You’ll guide guests through self-check-in and share local Kraków highlights, helping guests discover the best of the city and ensuring memorable stays.

• building connections and creating memorable moments that Guests will want to talk about and share,
• solving problems before they become problems and finding creative solutions whenever needed,
• collaborating with colleagues across the hotel to ensure every Guest experience feels smooth and effortless,
• supporting Front Office operations and helping keep the hotel buzzing with positive energy,
• bringing the RED spirit to life through every conversation, recommendation and interaction.

We're looking for a Receptionist / Host to join our team in Kraków.

As a Receptionist / Host at Radisson RED Kraków, you are more than the first person our Guests meet. You’re the face of the hotel, the vibe creator, the local insider and the person who helps turn a stay into a story worth sharing.

You ensure the heart and soul of Radisson RED beats loudly and strong. Innovative and ahead of the curve, you'll create memorable moments that keep our Guests coming back for more. You'll connect with people, share your local knowledge and make every interaction feel personal, effortless and distinctly RED.

Qualifications
