Job summary

McCormick Technical Shared Service in Łódź seeks a Raw Material & Supplier Quality Supervisor to lead and develop the team responsible for raw material, supplier quality, and co‑manufacturing activities.

You will oversee workload, recruit and coach staff, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with global teams to ensure timely, accurate delivery and maintain data quality across processes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in team or project management.
• Strong people management skills to motivate and guide a team.
• Experience in quality, R&D, or supply chain is desirable.
• Experience in a global environment and cross‑cultural collaboration.
• Knowledge of food law, HACCP, and risk management is an advantage.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize, manage time, and work with urgency.
• Collaborative mindset with multiple stakeholders.

Raw Material & Supplier Quality Supervisor

We are looking for a Raw Material & Supplier Quality Supervisor to join McCormick Technical Shared Service in Łódź.

This role is focused on leading and developing the Raw Material and Supplier Quality team, while ensuring timely and accurate delivery of raw material, supplier quality, and co-manufacturing related activities.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead, manage, support, and develop the Raw Material and Supplier Quality team.
• Coordinate team workload, priorities, and daily activities to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Recruit, onboard, develop, and provide ongoing guidance to direct reports.
• Monitor and report KPIs, ensuring team performance and process effectiveness.
• Provide expertise, coaching, and support to team members and business stakeholders.
• Work cross-functionally with local and international teams to manage raw material, supplier, and co-manufacturer related queries.
• Act as a data auditor for raw material, supplier, and co-manufacturer maintenance processes.
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert and main point of contact for raw material related questions.
• Review, update, and maintain Raw Material Data and Supplier Quality Maintenance Team documentation.
• Support continuous improvement of processes, documentation, and team ways of working.

CANDIDATE PROFILE #LI-DNI

• Proven experience in formal or informal team or project management is essential.
• Strong people management skills, with the ability to motivate, guide, develop, and prioritize team activities.
• Previous experience in quality, R&D, or supply chain is desirable but not mandatory.
• Experience working in a global environment and achieving results across different cultures and business situations.
• Knowledge of food law, food processing, HACCP, and risk management would be an advantage.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize effectively, manage time and team workload, and act with a high sense of urgency.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.

Compensation: starting from PLN 9300 gross / month STARTING SALARY

Final salary will be determined as part of any final offer and will consider factors such as skills, education, role-specific experience, and internal equity among current employees.
