Job summary

McCormick & Company is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional in Łódź to lead high‑volume sourcing and collaborate with hiring managers to define selection criteria and staffing plans.

You will manage agency relationships when needed, maintain top‑tier candidate communication in English and Polish, and participate in strategic projects to support recruitment KPIs and SLAs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, HR, psychology, or a related field.
• Experience in recruiting and talent acquisition, including leading high-volume projects.
• Agency or in-house recruiting experience preferred.
• Fluent English and Polish; other languages are a plus.

Job description

• Generate direct candidates from a variety of sources including use of social media e.g. LinkedIn
• Maintain excellent candidate communication and provides the best in class candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers through alignment meeting to understand business requirements, agree on sourcing strategy, advise on selection/assessment techniques/criteria and next steps to support KPI’s and SLA’s.
• Realize strategies to address talent needs (short- and long-term). Managing risk effectively and flagging issues that may impact delivery.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders and external providers (agencies, organizations, universities, etc.) and building strong relationships with internal clients and third-party providers, using appropriate communication channels and styles.
• Participate in projects across Talent Acquisition disciplines as required and directed to support achievement of business objectives.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, HR, Psychology, or another relevant field required.
• Experience in Recruiting, Talent Acquisition which includes leading high-volume projects or corporate environments.
• Agency or in-house recruiting experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Experience in sourcing and knowledge of social media sourcing techniques.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize projects and deliverables.
• Ability to handle sensitive matters and maintain confidentiality.
• Fluent English and Polish required. Other languages would be a distinct advantage.
