Job summary

McCormick & Company offers a 12-month Finance & Procurement Graduate Program in Łódź, Poland. You will rotate through two Global Enablement departments and gain hands-on experience in financial processes.

The program is part-time with a fixed-term contract for 12 months, and includes exposure to Power BI, P2P, and R2R activities, preparing you for a career in global finance and procurement. Starting salary is PLN 29,250 gross per year.

Qualifications

• Student in last 2 years or recent graduate in Finance, Logistics or Supply Chain.
• Adaptive, able to work in a fast-paced environment and enjoys a challenge.
• Strong team player with good analytical skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Gain knowledge of balance sheet reconciliation and its impact on P&L.
• Understand procure-to-pay processes from purchase to invoicing.
• Assist with order processing and invoicing tasks.
• Support accounts receivable, credit notes, and cash postings.
• Contribute to month-end closings and forecasting with Power BI insights.

WHATWE AREOFFERING?

You will grow your knowledge and experience over 12 months, to become a functional expert. The12 monthsinterval is divided into 2 periods, and during each period you will have a chance to work among 2 different Global Enablement departments. Those departments are:

• R2R (Record to Report)

We offer apart timeemployment based on fixed termcontractfor 12 months.

WHAT WILL YOU LEARN?

Gaining knowledge on balance sheet account reconciliation process and its implications to P&L statement, handling of fixed assets revaluation, additions, disposals etc., bank statements reconciliation and clearing.

Understanding the Procure to Payprocesses, from the decision about purchase, until the invoice payment

Resolving various Purchase Order & Invoice related issues

Recognizing and booking different types of deductions, issuing different types of credit notes, processing nettings and contractual payments; monitoring and managing customer's accounts, collecting receivables, releasing sales orders, reporting, master data management; processing orders for selected customers.

Supporting internal audit and SOX complianceprocess, ensuring all activities and related processes are undertaken in compliancetointernal controls.

Preparing regular financial reports, analyzing business performance, supporting month-end closings,assistingwith financial forecasting and P&L analytics, contributing to short‑term business projects, providing ad‑hoc analyses across Marketing and Finance teams, and gaining experience with the reporting tool Power BI.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Student of 2 last years or recent graduate with a Finance,Logistics or Supply Chainrelated background

Adaptable individual, able to work in a fast-paced environment and enjoys a challenge

Strong teamplayer, able to build strong, collaborative relationships

Additionallanguage will be an advantage (eg, French, Spanish, Portuguese)

Quick learner withvery goodanalytical skills

MS Office experience(Excell, Power BI, Power Apps)

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Compensation: starting from PLN 29250 gross per year STARTING SALARY (part time).

Final salary will be determined as part of any final offer and will consider factors such as skills, education, role-specific experience, and internal equity among current employees.
