Qualifications

• Proven experience in team or project management.
• Strong people management and coaching skills.
• Experience in quality, R&D, or supply chain is desirable.
• Global experience across cultures and business situations.
• Knowledge of food law, HACCP, and risk management is advantageous.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize, manage time and team workload.
• Collaborative mindset with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, support, and develop the Raw Material and Supplier Quality team.
• Coordinate team workload, priorities, and daily activities to ensure timely delivery.
• Recruit, onboard, develop, and guide direct reports.
• Monitor KPIs, ensuring team performance and process effectiveness.
• Provide coaching and support to team members and stakeholders.
• Work cross-functionally with local and international teams on materials and supplier issues.
• Act as a data auditor for raw material, supplier, and co-manufacturer maintenance processes.
• Serve as SME and main contact for raw material questions.
• Review, update, and maintain Raw Material Data and Supplier Quality documentation.
• Support continuous improvement of processes, documentation, and ways of working.
