Job summary

HRK S.A. seeks an experienced R2R & Treasury Implementation Manager to drive the Microsoft Dynamics 365 rollout across Eastern Europe, transitioning from SAP.

You will lead the R2R and Treasury workstreams, define requirements, map processes, run tests, and oversee cutover and go-live readiness. You will design and optimize cash management, liquidity forecasting, intercompany settlements, coordinate banking transitions, ensure IFRS compliance, and deliver automated reporting with Excel and Power

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of corporate treasury, R2R, or finance SSC/often cross-functional experience.
• Hands-on Dynamics 365 implementation experience in a finance environment.
• Strong banking relationships and onboarding experience.
• Cash management, liquidity forecasting, and bank reconciliations.
• IFRS knowledge and internal controls awareness.
• Experience with international stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the R2R and Treasury workstreams within the D365 implementation.
• Define requirements, process mapping, testing, UAT, cutover and post-go-live support.
• Design and optimize cash management, liquidity planning, forecasting, and intercompany settlements.
• Coordinate onboarding to new banking partners across region.
• Establish reconciliations to support month-end close and reporting.
• Support treasury systems integration with D365.
• Ensure IFRS compliance and internal controls; identify automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, consultants and regional stakeholders.
