Job summary

HRK S.A. seeks a Senior Finance Transformation Manager to lead a global finance transformation by implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 and transitioning from SAP. You will oversee a six-person team and coordinate across core finance functions to ensure timely delivery of milestones.

The role requires strong leadership, ERP migration experience, and excellent English communication skills. Fully remote work is offered with a monthly Warsaw office visit.

Qualifications

• Experience in finance transformation within international organizations.
• Led ERP implementation projects, including Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and reporting requirements.
• Experience in managing teams and coordinating complex, cross-functional projects.
• Solid knowledge of SAP and ERP migrations.
• Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate with international stakeholders and senior management.
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead an international finance transformation project implementing Dynamics 365 and transitioning from SAP.
• Manage a six-person finance team and coordinate across finance and accounting functions.
• Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery of milestones on time.
• Supervise data migration, system testing, and business readiness activities.
• Collaborate with international finance teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
• Ensure solutions meet business requirements, standards, and reporting needs.
• Drive process improvements and standardization across finance operations.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigations.
• Support change management and prepare teams for the new ERP environment.
• Oversee post-implementation activities for business continuity.
