Job summary

HRK S.A. is seeking a Senior Finance Transformation Lead to drive the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and oversee the move from SAP.

You will manage a six-person finance team and coordinate cross-functional activities across global operations. The role focuses on project planning, data migration, testing, and business readiness, with responsibility for delivering milestones and ensuring financial reporting accuracy.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in finance management and transformation within international organizations.
• Proven ERP project leadership including Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and reporting requirements.
• Experience managing teams and coordinating complex, cross-functional projects.
• Solid knowledge of SAP and experience in ERP system migration.
• Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with international stakeholders, senior management, and external business partners.
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead an international finance transformation project involving the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the transition from SAP.
• Manage a team of finance specialists, coordinating activities across key finance and accounting functions.
• Oversee project planning, execution, and timely delivery of key implementation milestones.
• Supervise data migration, system testing, and business readiness activities to ensure a smooth transition to the new ERP system.
• Collaborate closely with international finance teams, business stakeholders, and external technology partners.
• Ensure that the implemented solutions align with business requirements, accounting standards, and financial reporting needs.
• Drive process improvements and standardization across finance operations as part of the transformation.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective solutions to ensure successful delivery.
• Support change management initiatives and prepare finance teams for working within the new ERP environment.
• Oversee post-implementation activities to ensure business continuity and the stabilization of financial processes.
