Job summary

HRK S.A. is seeking an experienced R2R & Treasury Implementation Manager to lead the Record-to-Report and Treasury workstreams within a Dynamics 365 deployment across Eastern Europe.

You will coordinate finance processes, banking transitions and system integrations, ensuring IFRS compliance and accurate month-end closing ahead of the go-live on 1 September 2027. This role requires strong stakeholder management with Finance, IT and external partners, delivering standardized, automated processes

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of professional experience in finance or treasury
• Hands-on Dynamics 365 implementation experience required
• Experience with banking relationships and treasury operations
• Good IFRS knowledge and internal controls understanding

Responsibilities

• Coordinate R2R and Treasury workstreams within D365 implementation
• Design and optimize cash management, liquidity forecasting and intercompany settlements
• Manage onboarding of banking partners and transitions across Eastern Europe
• Support month-end close, reconciliations and financial reporting
• Ensure systems integration between treasury tools and D365
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and internal controls
• Drive automation and standardization of reporting processes
• Collaborate with Group Finance, IT and external partners
