Job summary

HRK S.A. is seeking a Cost Accounting and Inventory Manager to lead the Supply Finance workstream in a SAP-to-Microsoft Dynamics 365 transformation across Eastern Europe.

The role focuses on product costing, inventory accounting, freight costs, inventory valuation and COGS, coordinating with international Finance, Supply Chain, Operations and IT teams, as well as external implementation partners. Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in cost accounting, inventory accounting, manufacturing finance or supply chain finance
• Hands-on experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365, including ERP migration activities
• Experience with standard costing, variance analysis, inventory valuation and COGS
• Background in manufacturing, FMCG or inventory-heavy industries
• Experience working with international teams and external partners
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)

Responsibilities

• Lead the Supply Finance workstream across Eastern Europe during the SAP-to-Dynamics 365 transformation
• Design, implement, test and stabilize cost accounting, inventory and freight processes in Dynamics 365
• Implement standard costing methodologies, cost roll-ups and variances
• Ensure accurate inventory valuation and reconciliation between sub-ledgers and general ledger
• Coordinate data migration, testing, UAT, cutover and hypercare
• Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, IT and external consultants
