Job summary
EPAM Systems is seeking a Lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant to drive Finance and HR workstreams. You will translate business requirements into functional D365 solutions, configure Finance and HR modules, and guide best practices across projects.
Collaboration with stakeholders and participation in testing are essential. The role offers hybrid work design with the option to work remotely within Poland and opportunities to work abroad for up to 60 days, along with strong growth
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis and Requirements Analysis.
- Experience in Functional Design.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Solutions.
- Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Human Resources.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Design functional solutions using standard Microsoft Dynamics 365 capabilities.
- Configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Human Resources modules.
- Support the Finance and HR workstreams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
- Provide guidance on best practices for Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP solutions.
- Assist in testing and validation of configured solutions.
