Job summary

TE Connectivity invites applications for a Junior R2R Accountant in Kraków. You will grow within an international team, handling general ledger, fixed assets, treasury, intercompany processes, and support period-end closing and reporting.

The role requires a degree in accounting/finance, strong GL/R2R knowledge, and solid English. A detail-oriented, analytical mindset and good communication are essential to succeed and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• GL/R2R process knowledge or experience.
• Very good command of English (B2).
• Strong analytical skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with detail-oriented approach.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support in general ledger, fixed assets, treasury, and intercompany processes
• Prepare journal entries and basic account reconciliations
• Support period-end closing and financial reporting
• Identify and resolve issues found during account reconciliations
• Performing internal control checks
• Support new R2R processes migration
• Assist auditors and tax advisors during audit process
• Ensure compliance with SOX, law regulations, internal policies and procedures
• Participate in regular team and business meetings
• Support continuous improvement and standardization initiatives
