TE Connectivity is seeking a Junior R2R Accountant to join a dynamic, international team. You will gain hands-on experience in general ledger, fixed assets, and treasury while supporting close processes in a global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Prior experience or strong theoretical knowledge of GL/R2R processes.
• Very good command of the English (B2).
• Strong analytical skills.
• Problem‑solving mindset with a detail‑oriented approach.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support in general ledger, fixed assets, treasury, and intercompany processes
• Prepare journal entries and basic account reconciliations
• Support period‑end closing and financial reporting
• Identify and resolve issues found during account reconciliations
• Performing internal control checks
• Support new R2R processes migration
• Assist auditors and tax advisors during audit process
• Ensure compliance with SOX, law regulations, internal policies and procedures
• Participate in regular team and business meetings
• Support continuous improvement and standardization initiatives
