Job summary

Electrolux Group in Kraków is seeking an experienced RTR Accountant to join our Record to Report team. You will help ensure accuracy of financial records, perform balance sheet reconciliations, and manage month-end closing with timely, high-quality outputs.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, support process improvements, maintain internal controls, and contribute to audits while working in a hybrid office with some remote days.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 2+ years of finance/accounting experience, RTR or shared services preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and month-end closing.
• Experience with SAP and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of reconciling items.
• Manage fixed assets accounting, including capitalization, depreciation, disposals, and asset reporting.
• Prepare and post month-end accruals, provisions, and journal entries.
• Execute period-end closing activities in line with deadlines and quality
• Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and explanations.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial data in accordance with SLAs.
• Prepare financial reports and support analysis of accounting transactions and balances.
• Maintain and update process documentation and maps.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and business partners.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and support best practices.
