Job summary

OPmobility seeks an RTR Accounting Professional based in Kraków to ensure accurate financial reporting, manage general ledger activities, and oversee month-end close. You will own the Fixed Assets module in SAP, perform reconciliations, and support intercompany accounting in a multinational, hybrid-work setting.

The role requires a university degree in accounting/finance, 2–3 years RTR experience, ERP proficiency (SAP), advanced Excel skills, and fluency in English and German.

Qualifications

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Record-to-Report (RTR), General Ledger, or Financial Accounting, preferably in SSC/GBS or multinational environment.
• Good understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting processes, and month-end close activities.
• Experience with balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, and intercompany accounting.
• Proficiency in SAP or another ERP system.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Fluent English and German, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day General Ledger accounting and ensure accuracy of financial data.
• Prepare and post journal entries including accruals, provisions, prepayments, and intercompany transactions.
• Own Fixed Assets module in SAP and perform reconciliations with GL.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities and intercompany reconciliations.
• Contribute to reporting and collaborate with BPO for process standardization.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and group policies.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within RTR.
