Job summary

TE Connectivity Kraków is hiring a Junior R2R Accountant to join a dynamic, international finance team. You will support general ledger, fixed assets, period-end closing and reporting, helping ensure accurate financial records.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in accounting or finance, knowledge of GL/R2R, strong English (B2) and a detail‑oriented, analytical mindset. We offer training, competitive benefits, and a collaborative, inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Prior experience or theoretical knowledge of GL/R2R processes.
• Very good command of English (B2).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support general ledger, fixed assets, treasury, and intercompany processes.
• Prepare journal entries and basic account reconciliations.
• Support period-end closing and financial reporting.
• Identify and resolve issues found during reconciliations.
• Perform internal control checks and assist during audits.
