Job summary

Takeda is seeking a Senior Manager to join the RATIO organization in Warsaw, Poland. The role focuses on executing R&D asset transitions across integrations, wind-downs, divestitures, and externalizations, ensuring compliant asset close with high data integrity.

You will operate at the intersection of science, operations, and strategy, coordinating across Regulatory, Clinical, Quality, and Legal teams in a global, matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree in science or related field.
• Experience leading complex, multi-functional initiatives.
• Strong delivery record in global matrixed environments.
• Experience working with external counterparties—partners, licensors, CROs, or vendors.
• Fluent English suitable for global governance forums.

Responsibilities

• Define scope, sequencing, critical path, resourcing, and end state for R&D asset transitions.
• Translate obligations into executable workplans with owners and dates.
• Coordinate delivery across Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, Clinical Operations, and other functions.
• Manage study closeout, regulatory filings, and financial reconciliation.
• Support governance cadence and present to senior leadership forums.
• Execute transition activities including data transfer, system migrations, and vendor transitions.
