Takeda in Łódź, Poland seeks a Director to lead the R&D Asset Transition & Integration Office (RATIO). You will guide a team of transition professionals, overseeing live asset transitions, wind-downs, and external partnerships, while driving digitization and data-driven processes.

You will operate at the intersection of science, operations, and strategy, delivering high-quality, compliant transitions in a global matrix environment with senior leadership exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science or related field required; advanced degree welcomed.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical/biotech R&D strategy and operations.
• Demonstrated people management experience in global matrix environments.
• Experience delivering complex, cross-functional programs with external counterparties.
• Fluent English for global governance forums.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a team of transition professionals; set objectives, allocate assignments, manage performance and career development.
• Hold accountability for a portfolio of live transitions, including budgets, schedules, and KPIs.
• Design and implement digitized, data-driven transition processes.
• Drive process optimization with standardized playbooks, templates, KPIs, and continuous improvement.
• Govern operating model and agreements between RATIO and dependent functions.
• Provide strategic insights to senior leadership on portfolio status, risks, and resourcing.
• Support organizational capability through training and knowledge management.
• Ensure compliance, regulatory requirements, safety commitments, and data governance across the portfolio.
