Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in a scientific or related field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in pharma/biotech, especially in R&D strategy and operations.
• End-to-end ownership of multi-functional programs.
• Delivery in global matrixed environments.
• Experience with external counterparties such as partners, licensors, CROs, or vendors.
• Fluency in English for global governance forums.
• Budget forecasting, tracking, and closeout for program spend.
• Contract literacy and regulatory filing transfers familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Support or lead R&D asset transitions, defining scope, sequencing, critical path, and end state.
• Translate contracts and transition plans into clear operational work plans with owners and dates.
• Serve as operational contact with external partners and vendors for scheduling and clarifications.
• Coordinate delivery across RA, PV, Clinical Ops, Data Mgmt, Biostatistics, QA, Procurement, Legal, Finance, and IT.
• Manage study closeout, sample disposition, regulatory withdrawal, trial transparency, and financial reconciliation.
• Establish governance cadence and brief leadership on transition status.
• Execute data transfers, regulatory filings, safety handovers, migrations, decommissioning, and vendor transitions.
• Anticipate challenges and recommend process improvements.
• Contribute to playbooks and tools, sharing lessons learned to improve each transition.
