Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or related field is required.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in pharma/biotech, especially in R&D strategy/operations and/or program management.
• Delivery demonstrated in global matrixed environments.
• Experience working with external counterparties—partners, licensors, CROs, or vendors.

Aufgaben

• Lead or selectively manage R&D asset transitions (wind-downs/terminations), defining scope, sequencing, critical path, resourcing, and end state.
• Translate contractual obligations into executable workplans with named owners and dates.
• Coordinate delivery across Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, Clinical Operations, Clinical Data Management, Biostatistics, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Nonclinical, Quality, Procurement, Legal, Finance, and Data & Technology.
• Track and report post-term commitments to ensure obligations to partners and health authorities are met.
