Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience in Object-Oriented Programming.
• Excellent technical storytelling skills; you enjoy explaining why a specific technical architecture or decision is right for a customer.
• Thrive in a challenging, intense environment that rewards initiative and rapid learning.
• Analytical thinking and strong academic performance.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Ramp up quickly with an engineering-focused onboarding on Vault Platform, APIs, and custom development.
• Learn by doing by taking on real engineering responsibility within the first three months, writing production code and integrating with customers.
• Thrive with mentorship from seasoned Technical and Migration Architects guiding your growth and feedback on code and delivery.
• Build your future by fast-tracking from Associate to Consultant in under two years, leading architecture projects with a global team.
• Build solutions by developing production-grade code and integrations using Java SDKs and APIs.
• Architect and migrate by designing backend logic and data migrations for global clients.
• Ship internal tooling to accelerate delivery workflows across the Services engineering team.
• Own technical delivery from day one with growth into client-facing strategy.
