Job summary

HITACHI ENERGY POLAND SP. Z O.O. is seeking a Quality Engineer to drive quality excellence across manufacturing and supplier operations.

You will ensure products and processes meet customer requirements, industry standards, and regulatory obligations, while leading improvement initiatives with cross-functional teams. You will perform root cause analyses, implement CAPAs, conduct audits, maintain ISO 9001 readiness, and analyze data with Power BI.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
Minimum 2 years of quality engineering/management experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of quality tools, systems, and RCA methodologies.
Experience with Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement.
Experience with ISO 9001 audits and compliance.
Proficiency in data analysis, including Power BI.

Responsibilities

Drive quality and operational excellence in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Develop and sustain quality standards for products and processes.
Lead root cause analyses and corrective/preventive actions.
Monitor quality performance and drive COPQ reductions.
Conduct audits and maintain ISO 9001 readiness.
Support supplier qualification and development.
