Job summary
Hitachi Energy Poland SP. Z O.O. in Kraków is seeking a Business Process Quality Senior Professional to drive product and process excellence.
You will lead FMEA activities for new and existing products and manufacturing processes and collaborate across R&D, engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams to mitigate risks throughout the lifecycle. Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Production/Materials or related).
- 5+ years in Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering or R&D.
- Experience with quality mgmt methodologies, esp. FMEA.
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
- Power transformer design/manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Fluent in English and willing to travel internationally.
Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate design and process FMEA workshops.
- Conduct risk assessments for designs and processes.
- Collaborate with R&D, engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams.
- Ensure effective application of FMEA methodologies.
- Coach teams in FMEA principles and best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement and knowledge sharing globally.
