Job summary

Aviva Services Excellence Centre in Poland invites you to join the IWR Finance Reporting team. The role offers exposure to senior stakeholders, IFRS and Solvency II reporting, and opportunities to impact end-to-end financial reporting processes.

We seek a professional with accounting experience, strong English and Polish, and a proactive mindset. This fixed-term 12-month contract with potential extension provides diverse benefits and a hybrid work model from Poland.

Qualifications

• University degree preferred in economics, finance & accounting or similar.
• 2+ years in technical accounting in insurance or audit; or 3–4 years general accounting/audit.
• Very good English and Polish skills (C1 level).
• Presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive approach and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Validate and report UK Life IFRS and SII results for Unit Linked products.
• Monthly and quarterly reporting of financial performance and IFRS disclosures.
• Monthly and quarterly submissions of Solvency II data.
• Supporting the timely delivery of Financial Results.
• Providing SME support to a varied change agenda.
