Job summary

ERGO Technology & Services S.A. (ET&S) is seeking a Reporting Specialist in Poland. The role focuses on data management enhancements, reporting under IFRS9 and ESG, and supporting investment controlling initiatives for strategic decisions.

You will collaborate on PMI initiatives, expand the GIP tool, and contribute to centralizing investment accounting. Strong finance/controlling background and proficiency in Excel and Power BI are required.

Qualifications

• University degree in Economics or Mathematics, or a related field, with focus on Finance, Controlling, Accounting, or Banking
• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in a comparable position
• Very good knowledge of methods and instruments used in investment controlling, accounting, and capital market analysis
• In-depth knowledge of IFRS 9
• Excellent analytical thinking with ability to present findings clearly
• Strong initiative, independent and results-oriented with teamwork and communication skills
• Excellent MS Office, especially Excel and Power BI

Responsibilities

• Support data management interfaces within PMI post-merger integration projects
• Assist reporting processes under LGAAP, IFRS9, and ESG data
• Coordinate data quality improvement with international teams
• Expand Group Investment Planning Tool (GIP) for PMI requirements
• Prepare PMI project status reports for International Investment Controlling workstream
• Contribute to centralization of investment accounting
