Job summary

Haleon in Poznań is seeking a Reporting Specialist to deliver IFRS financial reporting with commentary for a cluster of entities. You will support month-end processes, balance sheet reviews, and liaise with external auditors to ensure accuracy and compliance.

The role requires an accounting degree (ACA/ACCA or equivalent), 2+ years of post-qualification experience, IFRS knowledge, and strong analytical and communication skills. Hybrid work and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Accounting degree or professional equivalent (ACA/ACCA) with ongoing or completed post-qualification.
• Experience in Financial Reporting or Audits in a corporate or firm setting.
• Solid IFRS knowledge and strong analytical skills.
• Experience with internal controls and SOX environment.

Responsibilities

• Report financial results for an entity or cluster with P&L, balance sheet and cash flow commentary.
• Support month-end close, risk register maintenance, and coordination with external stakeholders.
• Perform balance sheet reviews and compare to historical run rates and growth plans.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal control requirements.
• Support external audits and liaise with tax providers (VAT, CIT, others).
