CD PROJEKT RED is seeking a QA Lead to join the Cyberpunk 2 project in Warsaw. You will manage a gameplay QA team, translate the project QA strategy into actionable plans, and drive quality across gameplay, engine, and tools.

You will collaborate with Production, Development, Tech, Shared Development Services, QA Experts, other QA Managers, and cross-functional teams. Relocation to Poland is supported, working in a hybrid/in-office capacity with hours overlapping the Boston team (10:00 AM–6:00

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading or managing QA teams.
• 5+ years experience with direct performance management and career development.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, bug workflows, defect management, test planning, test coverage, QA practices, and quality reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor gameplay QA team, fostering accountability and growth.
• Adapt and implement Cyberpunk 2 QA strategy into practical testing approaches and priorities.
• Own testing execution and milestone verification to meet quality standards.
• Monitor QA metrics, KPIs, and bug trends to identify risks and mitigation plans.
• Coordinate with development, production, and external QA vendors to align dependencies and requests.
• Maintain data-informed reporting on quality status and blockers for stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvements in QA workflows, tools, and testing frameworks.
• Provide direct assistance with complex investigations and debugging workflows.
