Job summary

CD PROJEKT RED is seeking a QA Engineering Manager to build and lead the QA Engineering function, focusing initially on Witcher 4 with automation frameworks and tools. The role aims to create reusable QA services across projects including CP2 and Sirius, aligning with engineering and DevOps to ship stable builds.

You will own QA frameworks, pipelines, metrics, and process improvements, mentor engineers, and collaborate with Production to integrate testing into CI/CD. Office-based in Warsaw.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years leading QA or engineering teams in games or software.
• Proven track record building automated test frameworks and CI/CD integration.
• Experience with Unreal Engine and engine-grade QA workflows.
• Strong leadership, mentorship and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the QA Engineering team for Witcher 4 and future titles.
• Define and evolve automation frameworks and tooling.
• Collaborate with Engineering, DevOps and Production to integrate tests into CI/CD.
• Establish QA metrics and drive data-driven improvements.
