Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in one of the fields listed (electronics technician, electrician, etc.).
• Knowledge of PV/solar technology and systems.
• Understanding of network technology and interfaces (IP LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, RS485).
• Proficiency with IT systems and programs; MS Office Suite and Teams.
• German language at advanced level (B2).
• Strong customer focus and service orientation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and document steps to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the technical after sales support of the SMA Service Line and uses communication and troubleshooting skills to provide customer support to electrical PV installers / PV professionals.
• Provides technical support on SMA product groups and customer issues.
• Follows troubleshooting guides and uses technical knowledge to determine resolutions or escalation paths.
• Complies with work regulations and company policies and procedures.
• Carries out supervisor instructions within the law and agreed work type.
