Job summary

SMA Magnetics Sp. z o.o. in Kraków seeks a Technical Customer Service Specialist (m/k) to deliver high-quality technical after-sales support for the SMA Service Line, mainly to PV installers and professionals. You will troubleshoot, use guides, and communicate clearly by phone and online while documenting steps.

You will work closely with internal teams, adhere to policies, and handle time-sensitive situations with composure. This role requires strong customer focus and technical grounding.

Qualifications

• Experience in electronics/electrical technician roles or similar.
• Basics of electrical engineering and PV/solar technology knowledge.
• German language at advanced level (min. B2).
• Strong customer focus with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain technical after-sales support for SMA Service Line.
• Provide technical support to SMA PV installers and professionals.
• Follow troubleshooting guides and determine resolutions or escalation paths.
• Comply with work regulations and company policies.
