Job summary

Schaeffler offers an internship opportunity in Wroclaw for students seeking first corporate experience. You will support booking sales orders, assist daily admin tasks, and coordinate with the sales team while ensuring data accuracy in the customer portal.

The role requires actively pursuing a degree with fluent English and Polish (B2). German is a plus, and MS Office proficiency is expected. A hybrid work model and remuneration are provided to interns.

Qualifications

• Actively pursuing a degree is required.
• Fluency in English and Polish (minimum B2). German is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Booking sales orders based on purchase orders received from customers and sales representatives.
• Assisting with daily business activities and administrative tasks.
• Ensuring accuracy of order details, including quantities, prices, delivery dates, and customer information.
• Working closely with the sales department and other internal departments.
• Entering and maintaining data in the customer portal.
