Job summary

Schaeffler Poland is offering a six-month internship for a student; you will support technical and sales projects, assist with Salesforce data management, and help coordinate translations and procurement for promotional materials and services. Prepare meeting materials and create PowerPoint decks for internal and external use.

Fluency in Polish and written/spoken English is required, with an engineering inclination preferred.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a study program, preferably pursuing an engineering degree.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Fluency in Polish is required.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Team player with a hands-on mentality.

Responsibilities

• Support for technical and sales projects for the local sales engineering team.
• Support for data management and maintenance within Salesforce
• Assisting in managing procurement requests for translations, promotional materials, transportation services, and other necessary items
• Preparation for internal team meetings, taking notes during meetings, and follow-up on tasks
• Creation of PowerPoint presentations for internal and external purposes
