A renowned company in the manufacturing sector is seeking an intern to support its purchasing team in Wilamowice. You will assist in offer analysis, purchase order management in Dynamics 365, and collaborate across departments. Job description

• Supporting the purchasing team in the process of offer analysis and supplier selection
• Assisting in the creation and updating of purchase orders in the ERP system (Dynamics 365 Business Central)
• Collaborating with other departments (production, maintenance, engineering, warehouse) on ongoing tasks
• Participating in the search for potential cost savings and new suppliers
• Assisting in preparations for commercial negotiations and providing administrative support

Requirements:

• Basic technical knowledge – preferably, if you are studying or have completed a technical degree
• Ability to read technical drawings (even at a basic level)
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Communicative English (ability to read documentation and engage in basic communication)
• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn and collaborate with the team
