Job summary

ZF Group in Poland is offering a Trainee position in Global Purchasing Department. You will join a global team and engage in purchasing data analysis, confidentiality agreements, and cross-functional collaboration across development, quality, logistics, and cost engineering.

The program involves a 15‑month contract with initial on-site work, transitioning to a hybrid model, and development opportunities in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Economics or a related field;
• Analytical skills with attention to details;
• Practical use of MS-Office (Excel and PowerPoint);
• Independent and goal-oriented way of working, with good organizational and communication skills;
• Good knowledge of English (at least B2 for everyday business communication);
• Availability to work full-time;
• Good knowledge of other language (German, Spanish or other) – nice to have;
• B-category Driving License – nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Be part of a global purchasing team in the area of Global Commodity Purchasing.
• Assistance in requesting and tracking confidentiality agreements.
• Coordinate subtasks with other buyers, specialists and cross-functional areas (development, quality, logistics, PM, cost engineering).
• Independent evaluation, analysis and preparation of purchasing-relevant data to achieve team and department goals.
