Job summary

The Schaeffler internship in Wroclaw invites students to join the ServiceNow team, supporting daily tasks and acting as first contact for requestors. The role offers a flexible schedule, a hybrid work model, and an opportunity to gain real corporate experience in a global technology company.

You will collaborate with Purchasing Specialists and internal customers, develop problem-solving skills, and communicate in English and Polish in a professional environment while balancing studies.

Qualifications

• Actively pursuing a degree.
• Very good command of English, with the ability to communicate in a business environment (min. B2 level).
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in Polish (min. C1 level).
• Knowledge of German is a plus.
• Fluency in MS Excel.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and international environment.
• Customer-oriented mindset and very good organizational skills.
• Quick learner with a proactive approach to finding solutions.
• Able to work 30 hours per week is advantageous (we offer a flexible schedule to balance studies and internship).

Responsibilities

• Providing service and support of daily tasks to ServiceNow Team
• Being the first point of contact for requestors, the ability to detect urgent requests, answering simple questions or redirecting to KeyUser
• Collecting feedback from requestors, analyzing, grouping similar feedback, presenting the survey results to the KeyUser / Project manager / Management
• Managing the order confirmation process, including automation of it
• Cooperating with Purchasing Specialists
• Providing helpdesk service for internal customers
