Job summary

Experts Group International seeks a Purchasing Department Manager to lead the purchasing function at the Tychy plant, reporting to the CEO. You will build a stable, high-performing team to secure supply, cost competitiveness and supplier performance for a technically demanding product with many components.

You will define and implement strategies, run RFQ processes, negotiate with suppliers and approve contracts while driving cost optimisation and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Automotive purchasing experience with management responsibility in manufacturing.
• Strong negotiation, tendering and financial analysis skills.
• Technical or economic university degree; engineering background is a plus.
• Fluent Polish and English; German is an advantage.
• Willingness to work on site in Tychy and travel to group HQ and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and manage the purchasing organisation.
• Define and implement purchasing and commodity strategies for complex technical categories.
• Run RFQ and tender processes, negotiate with suppliers and approve contracts.
• Own cost optimisation, the savings budget and departmental KPIs.
