Job summary

ZF is seeking a Purchasing - Procurement Strategy Expert (f/m/d) in Częstochowa, Poland. This on-site, full-time role focuses on leading end-to-end purchasing strategy globally, driving cost optimizations, and enhancing supplier collaboration within the ADAS & HPC business unit undergoing transformative growth.

You will collaborate cross-functionally, ensure governance and process improvements, and contribute to P&L performance while supporting multiple stakeholders in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, Supply Chain Management, Economics or related field.
• 3-5 years of advanced experience in a professional purchasing capacity.
• Good project management, analytical and problem solving skills.
• Clear communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of end-to-end purchasing strategy globally.
• Develop cross-functional strategies to address business needs, including localisation and market/technology trends.
• Drive cost optimizations and transparency to support P&L improvement.
• Manage supplier relationships to improve collaboration and performance.
• Support users as Global Process Owner (GPO), providing training and governance.
• Lead improvement initiatives related to processes or systems.
