Job summary

TitanX in Opole is seeking an Indirect Buyer to join our Purchasing team. You will manage indirect procurement processes, identify suppliers, conduct negotiations and push cost savings.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, monitor supplier performance and contribute to continuous improvements in procurement. Fluency in Polish and English is required, and some travel may be needed within an international automotive environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in purchasing/sourcing, preferably indirect procurement.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment and international organization.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• Very good MS Excel skills.
• Basic experience with SAP.
• Fluent Polish and English.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive and team-oriented approach.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Managing purchasing processes in the area of indirect procurement.
• Identifying, evaluating and selecting suppliers, as well as analysing quotations.
• Conducting commercial negotiations and achieving cost-saving targets.
• Building and developing supplier relationships and monitoring supplier performance.
• Cooperating with internal departments as well as regional, global and central procurement teams.
• Coordinating purchase order execution and procurement administration.
• Identifying and implementing improvements in procurement processes.
• Managing requests from cross-functional teams.
