Job summary

Aptiv in Kraków is seeking a PTP Accountant to join our Finance team and own the vendor accounting lifecycle from invoice processing to payments. You will analyze vendor accounts, perform reconciliations, support month-end close and contribute to process improvements across Procure-to-Pay, with strong English communication and ERP system experience (SAP/Oracle).

Qualifications

• Very good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel; SAP experience and Oracle ERP knowledge are an advantage.
• Good understanding of accounting processes, reconciliations and financial data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to accuracy and detail.
• Proactive and well-organized with good prioritization and time management skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with a vendor-oriented and intercultural mindset.

Responsibilities

• Process and book supplier invoices and execute payments according to the agreed payment calendar.
• Analyze and reconcile vendor accounts, PTP sub-ledgers and general ledger accounts, including GR/IR.
• Investigate overdue and blocked items, resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate clearing of vendor balances.
• Prepare PTP reports, ad‑hoc analyses and liabilities cash flow forecasts for Treasury.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities and perform vendor balance reconciliations.
• Collaborate with OTC and other internal teams to resolve reconciliation and accounting issues.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, SOX requirements and internal control standards.
• Support internal and external audits, process improvement initiatives and other PTP-related projects.

Join Aptiv as a PTP Accountant and become part of our Finance team supporting the Procure-to-Pay process.

In this role, you will ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments, while taking ownership of vendor account analysis, reconciliations and financial reporting. You will work closely with internal teams to resolve accounting issues, support month-end and year-end closing activities and contribute to continuous improvement of our PTP processes.
