Aptiv in Kraków, Poland, invites applications for a finance role focused on cash application and AR support. You will process payments, allocate cash to invoices, and reconcile accounts while collaborating with Collection, Billing and Finance teams.

Hybrid work option with remote days and a focus on process improvement and documentation. English proficiency and strong Excel skills are required.

Formación

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field is an advantage.
• No prior experience required or up to 1 year in OTC/AR or similar finance area.
• Basic understanding of Accounts Receivable, OTC, or Cash Application is an advantage.
• Good MS Excel skills and knowledge of SAP are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Process incoming customer payments and allocate cash at invoice level.
• Review bank statements and match payments with open invoices.
• Collect and process customer remittance information.
• Support investigation and resolution of unapplied and unidentified cash.
• Assist with customer account and clearing account reconciliations.
• Support month-end activities, reporting, and audit documentation.
• Cooperate with Collection, Billing, Finance, and other internal teams.
• Participate in process improvements and keep process documentation up to date.

Your Role:

• Process incoming customer payments and allocate cash at invoice level.
• Review bank statements and match payments with open invoices.
• Collect and process customer remittance information.
• Support investigation and resolution of unapplied and unidentified cash.
• Assist with customer account and clearing account reconciliations.
• Support month‑end activities, reporting, and audit documentation.
• Cooperate with Collection, Billing, Finance, and other internal teams.
• Participate in process improvements and keep process documentation up to date.

Your Background:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is an advantage.
• No previous experience required or up to 1 year of experience in OTC, AR, or a similar finance area.
• Basic understanding of Accounts Receivable, OTC, or Cash Application is an advantage.
• Good MS Office skills, especially Excel; knowledge of SAP is a plus.
• Good command of English and strong communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with good attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage priorities and deadlines.
