Job summary

Aptiv is seeking an OTC Analyst to manage customer accounts across the Order-to-Cash process in Kraków. You will focus on collections, overdue payments, dispute resolution, and monitoring, collaborating with Finance teams to ensure healthy cash flow and accurate reporting.

You will support write-offs, audits, process improvements, and OTC compliance activities, using your strong English skills and MS Excel expertise to drive results.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in OTC, Collections, Accounts Receivable, or related area.
• Strong understanding of collections, billing, payments, and dispute management processes.
• Excellent customer relationship, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented approach.
• Very good English and strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with customers on outstanding payments and secure Promises to Pay.
• Handle customer queries related to billing, invoicing, and payments.
• Review and resolve customer disputes, deductions, and claims.
• Monitor ageing items and escape overdue or unresolved cases when required.
• Cooperate with Cash Application and Billing teams to resolve account issues.
• Prepare forecasts, Past Due reports, and provide updates on AR account status.
• Support write-offs, audits, process improvements, and OTC compliance activities.

Join us as an OTC Analyst and become part of a team responsible for managing customer accounts across the Order-to-Cash process.
