Qualifications

• Technical degree in IT, engineering or related field is a strong plus.
• Experience in customer support, technical support, or similarly detail-heavy operational roles.
• Strong technical aptitude; able to learn new tools and troubleshoot independently.
• Comfortable with AI tools and automations, or eager to learn.
• Ownership mentality; follow-through and problem-solving rather than just questions.
• Attention to detail with high volume operational tasks.
• Advanced English (B2+/C1).
• Proactive, self-driven, independent work style.

Responsibilities

About the Role

We're looking for a technically-minded, detail-oriented person to own the operational side of our affiliate partnerships within the Email Marketing department. You'll work directly with partner offers, tracking links, and landing pages — making sure everything is set up correctly, launches fast, and runs smoothly.

This is not a purely administrative role. You'll need to understand how traffic technically flows from our marketing to partners and how it's tracked, troubleshoot issues independently, and use AI and automation tools to speed up daily operations.

This role has a clear growth path: as you master the technical side of offers, links, and traffic, you'll have the opportunity to grow into an Affiliate Manager role, owning partner relationships and commercial negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Set up and configure new offers from partners.
• Work with affiliate/tracking links — creation, testing, and validation.
• Check link accuracy before traffic launch.
• Work with landing pages and support the landbuilding process.
• Coordinate materials and information received from affiliate partners.
• Maintain and monitor existing automations for accuracy.
• Use AI tools to automate and speed up operational tasks.
• Troubleshoot independently — identify where an issue with an offer, link, landing page, or process originates.
• Understand how traffic moves from our marketing to the partner and how it's tracked.

Requirements

• Technical degree (IT, engineering, or related field) — a strong plus.
• Experience in customer support, technical support, or a similarly detail-heavy operational role.
• Strong technical aptitude — comfortable learning new tools, systems, and troubleshooting issues independently.
• Comfortable working with AI tools and automations, or eager to learn.
• Strong ownership mentality — able to identify what needs to be done, follow through, and bring problems back with proposed solutions, not just questions.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with a high volume of manual/operational tasks.
• Advanced English (B2+/C1).
• Proactive, self-driven, comfortable working independently.

Nice to Have

• Any exposure to affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or e-commerce.
• Experience with tracking platforms or link management tools.
• Interest in eventually moving into partnership/business development.

What Success Looks Like

• fully take over offer setup and link/landing page QA;
• independently troubleshoot technical issues with offers, links, or traffic;
• master our existing automations and identify where they can be improved;
• become a reliable technical point of contact for the team;
• build the foundation needed to grow into an Affiliate Manager role
