Jit Team is seeking an experienced Senior PMO Consultant to support strategic technology change initiatives across a large-scale enterprise. You will drive portfolio governance, reporting, and delivery oversight, working with Portfolio Managers, Project Managers and senior stakeholders in an international environment.

The role emphasizes governance, transparency, and efficient execution, with a hybrid work model based in Gdańsk or Warszawa and a daily rate on B2B.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of PMO, Portfolio Management or Project Management experience.
• Experience supporting large-scale technology transformation portfolios.
• Strong understanding of portfolio governance frameworks.
• Experience with project planning, reporting and delivery oversight.
• Proven experience managing risks, issues, dependencies and action tracking.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Drive portfolio and project reporting activities for senior management and key stakeholders.
• Coordinate portfolio planning, milestone tracking and delivery monitoring.
• Manage and track risks, issues, dependencies and actions across initiatives.
• Support resource planning, forecasting and financial follow-up activities.
• Prepare executive presentations, governance packs and steering committee materials.
• Facilitate governance forums and ensure follow-up of decisions and agreed actions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO processes, tools and reporting capabilities.
• Support portfolio prioritisation and delivery planning activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Technology and Business functions.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve transparency, reporting quality and execution efficiency.
