Responsibilities

• Возглавлять delivery клиентских Workday Success Plans в регионе EMEA;
• Определять цели, объем и планы реализации проекта;
• Устанавливать отношения с руководителями и влиять на решения у крупных клиентов;
• Вести клиентов через портфель Optimization Packages;
• Контролировать сроки, качество и риски нескольких проектов;
• Оказывать наставничество участникам проекта по методологии WSP;
• Сотрудничать с менеджерами проектов клиентов для удаления блокировок;
• Проводить сессии с клиентами и внутренние обсуждения;
• Контировать прогнозы, графики, логистику и административные задачи;
• Поддерживать отношения с клиентами и продвигать Workday и интересы сотрудников.

• Lead the delivery of customer-facing Workday Success Plans services across EMEA;
• Define project goals, scope, and delivery plans;
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders and influence decision‑makers across top EMEA customers;
• Guide customers through the Optimization Packages portfolio;
• Oversee multiple projects while maintaining quality and delivery timelines;
• Coach project team members on WSP methodology and best practices;
• Collaborate with customer project managers to anticipate risks, remove blockers, and ensure smooth execution;
• Facilitate customer sessions and internal discussions;
• Oversee project forecasting, scheduling, logistics, and administrative tasks;
• Manage customer relationships and advocate for Workday, employees, and customers.

Требования:

• Experience leading HCM, Payroll, or Financial implementations for small to mid-sized enterprises;
• Proven experience managing client relationships and delivering outstanding service;
• Ability to navigate varied business contexts with minimal guidance;
• Excellent time management, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills;
• Ability to manage several engagements in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
• Hands-on implementation or deployment experience with Workday, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, or IBM;
• Nice to have: Knowledge of German and/or French.
