We are currently looking for an experienced professional for the position of:
Scope of Responsibilities
Project Preparation
- Supporting contract negotiations with clients in technical and scheduling aspects.
- Preparing CAPEX and OPEX estimates for binding offers within RFP processes.
- Managing the full procurement and contracting process for EPC services.
Engineering and Contracting
- Managing projects and project portfolios during the development and permitting phases (scope, schedule, budget).
- Identifying and recommending changes to project parameters.
- Coordinating EPC partners to achieve RTB (Ready to Build) status on time.
- Monitoring projects and reporting progress.
Construction
- Managing projects during the construction phase (scope, timeline, budget).
- Cooperating with construction supervision inspectors.
- Coordinating EPC activities to achieve COD (Commercial Operation Date) according to the schedule.
- Ongoing monitoring and reporting of project execution.
Partnership Development
- Building and developing cooperation with EPC companies – from acquisition and qualification to operational and financial optimization.
- Ensuring adequate resources and execution capacity for ongoing projects.
Requirements
- Higher technical education (power engineering, electrical engineering, environmental engineering, or related fields).
- Very good command of English.
- Experience in managing the full lifecycle of installation projects for C&I clients.
- Practical knowledge of RFP processes and cooperation with EPC companies.
- Ability to manage project budgets and prepare CAPEX and OPEX data.
- Project management certification (PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent) – an advantage.
- Strong negotiation skills in technical and commercial areas.
- Ability to identify technical risks and propose optimization solutions.
