• Supporting project teams with recommendations to enhance efficiency and minimize construction costs, as well as approving technical documentation.
• Organizing tenders, negotiating with contractors, overseeing contract clauses, and optimizing expenses.
• Maintaining close collaboration with project managers at every stage of construction.
• Coordinating supervisory teams and overseeing timelines and quality standards for construction works.
• Participating in final project acceptance and addressing warranty or defect-related issues.
